1. Service-Based Refunds

Refunds for IT services (such as web development, software solutions, cloud setup, etc.) will only be considered under the following conditions:

The project has not yet been initiated.

No substantial work has been delivered or milestones achieved.

A formal refund request is submitted within 7 days of payment.

Once work has commenced and deliverables are provided, partial refunds may be considered based on unused project value and justification.

2. Digital Products/Subscriptions

Refunds are not provided for downloadable software, digital products, or subscription services once accessed or downloaded. For subscriptions, cancellation can be requested before the next billing cycle.

3. Non-Refundable Items

Custom development work already delivered.

Consulting or training sessions once attended.

Fees paid for third-party integrations, licenses, or hosting.

4. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund, please email support@branabyte.com with:

Payment receipt or invoice number

Reason for refund

Supporting documentation (if any)

Our support team will respond within 5–7 business days to evaluate your request and process accordingly.

5. Refund Timeline

Approved refunds will be processed within 10–15 business days through the original payment method.
