Regular attendance and punctuality are crucial for team efficiency.

5. Workplace Safety

BSPL is committed to providing a safe and healthy workplace:

All employees must comply with safety guidelines, especially in logistics, transport, and manufacturing zones.

Any hazards, accidents, or unsafe conditions must be reported immediately.

Personal protective equipment (PPE) must be worn when required.

6. Anti-Harassment Policy

Harassment of any kind—sexual, verbal, physical, or psychological—will not be tolerated. Complaints will be taken seriously and handled confidentially by the Internal Complaints Committee (ICC), as per the POSH Act and other applicable laws.

7. Use of Company Resources

Company resources (equipment, vehicles, software, etc.) must be used responsibly and only for business purposes.

Misuse or theft of company property is grounds for disciplinary action, including termination.

8. IT & Data Security

Employees must follow IT security protocols to protect company data.

Use of company email, software, and internet must comply with ethical and legal standards.

Data privacy laws and NDAs must be strictly observed.

9. Remote Work & Flexibility

BSPL supports flexible and remote work, where applicable, based on role and department guidelines. Remote employees must:

  • Maintain clear communication.
  • Meet performance and availability expectations.
  • Use secure connections and tools approved by the IT department.

10. Disciplinary Actions

Violation of this policy may result in verbal/written warnings, suspension, or termination, depending on the severity and frequency of the offense.

11. Grievance Redressal

Employees are encouraged to raise concerns without fear of retaliation. Grievances can be reported to the HR Department or designated grievance officer and will be addressed promptly and confidentially.

12. Review & Amendments

This policy is subject to periodic review and may be updated to reflect changes in law or business practices. Employees will be informed of major updates.
